We came up with a niche-based platform for GolfPlayed, directed to the global golf community with features such as a global concierge service, performance analytics, and course tracking connecting golfers worldwide to enhance their experience and track their performance in a unique manner compared to other general social networks.
Technical Problem
Considering a market with apps like Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp providing group features for nearly everything, that was already a challenge—it required an app focused solely on golf. To make a difference with unique, golf-specific features for golfers, to enable early forays into early target markets such as South Africa and Delaware, and to build the global community of players, new strategies and good technological solutions are in order.
