Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business. 

• Generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and other B2B channels. 

• Handle bidding, proposal writing, requirement gathering, and end-to-end client communication. 

• Schedule and conduct meetings via Zoom / Google Meet, and occasionally in person (if needed). 

• Prepare project documentation, proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies. 

• Close deals effectively and coordinate with internal delivery teams for seamless project execution. 

• Work with accounts team to manage invoices and payment follow-ups. 

• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and track industry trends. 

• Set and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets. 

• Collaborate with marketing to run campaigns and build brand awareness. 

• Maintain and update CRM tools and sales dashboards. 

Required Qualifications: 

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales (preferably in international markets). 

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA or Master’s in Business/Marketing/Management is a plus). 

• Proven track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets. 

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 

• Strong understanding of global geographies including USA, UK, Europe, Middle East. 

• Proficiency with tools like CRM systems, MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.
